There is no long-term contract; you may cancel your subscription at any time, effective at the end of your current billing period. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.

## SMS / text messaging terms

By providing your mobile phone number and opting in, you consent to receive text messages from Capitech AI related to the services you have requested. These terms apply to that program:

- Program description. Messages may include appointment confirmations, reminders, follow-ups, scheduling, and customer service communications.
- Message frequency. Message frequency varies depending on your activity and interactions.
- Cost. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
- Opt out. You can cancel text messages at any time by replying STOP. After you reply STOP, you will receive one confirmation message and will no longer receive text messages from us. To resume, opt in again.

- Carriers. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
